Restore Neighborhoods LA, Inc. was established to engage in community development activities in effort to improve the physical, economic, and social environments within greater Los Angeles. These include neighborhood revitalization initiatives, the provision of decent housing that is affordable to low- and moderate-income families, the acquisition of vacant land and properties with improvements, the demolition of blighted properties, the sale of housing to low-, moderate- and middle-income households, and the development of rental and ownership properties.
RNLA acquires, restores and builds homes in neighborhoods with eco-friendly materials and sustainable technologies. Creating affordable opportunities to encourage low- to moderate-income families into homeownership, RNLA looks to restore neighborhood pride by motivating and inspiring others to participate in our movement. RNLA is changing communities; one street, one family at a time.
